psp
font of choice
mask of choice
scrapkit Ocean of Dreams kit by NAC
tubes used DERZI AQUATIC BEAUTY INFORMAL LOOK 1 and 
GRACE RED CARPET LOOK 1 by Derzi
In order to use the tube in this
tutorial you must purchase them from SATC

new image
600x300
pixels

new layer
selections-select
all

copy and paste
into selection on
new layer pp4

deselect

add your mask to
the paper rename mask

copy and paste
ele43 resize to your
liking rename fr1

copy and paste
ele22 resize to your
liking rename fr2

add new layer
under frame

using selection tool
rectangle select around
fr1
add new layer

copy and paste
into selection pp8
rename p1

copy and paste
