psp
font of choice
mask of choice
Animation Shop
Scrapkit steampunk n roses by NAC
tube viva7 by Sweet-Pinups
In order to use thetube in this
tutorial you must purchase them from Sweet-Pinups
animation pixiedust by Lovey

new image
600x600
pixels

flood fill white

new layer
selections-select
all

copy and paste
into selection pp1
deselect

add mask to pp1
rename mask

copy and paste
fr3 rename frame

using magic wand
click on inside of
frame

selections-modify
expand 7

add new layer under
frame

copy and paste
into selection pp3
deselect rename p1

copy and paste
e14 resize 75%
rename balloon

copy and paste
el45 resize 75%
2x's rename kitten

copy and paste
el38 resize 75%
2x's rotat 90 degrees
left rename label

copy and paste
el37 resize 75% 3x's
rename bow

copy and paste
el35 rename gears

copy and paste
el12 resize 75%
2x's rename g1 dup
rename g2

copy and paste
el1 rename g3

copy and paste
el3 resize 75%
rotate left 90 degrees
rename rose

copy and paste

edit select all
scroll back till frame 1

open up lovey's animation
delete frame 1

resize animation

edit-select all
edit-copy

highlight you tag
animation
right click on frame
1 paste into selected
frames

move it up by the tip
of the moon

save and your done
