add gaussian blur 10.00
to mask ok
effects-penta color dot

highlight mask 2 lower
opcity to 73 ok
using magic wand
click on inside of fr
selections-modify
expand 13
add new layer
under fr
copy and paste
into selection paper
-9 deselect n rename pp

fnce resize 85%
