font of choice
tube by Melissa Dawn
Scrapkit ScrapBCS-IB-Melissa Dawn-7-1 by BCS
mask of choice

new image
500x500
pixels

selections
select all

copy and paste
into selection paper5
deselect

add your mask to paper5
rename mask

copy n paste
element 28 resize
75% rename fr1

copy n paste
element 18 resize
75% then 85% rename
fr2

using magic wand click
on the inside of fr1

selections-modify-
expand 10

add new layer
under fr1

copy n paste
into selection
